Duvernay + Brooks  is a real estate development and financial consultanting firm which has revitalized thousands of units of affordable housing, from small developments to city-wide portfolios across the US.  Over the last 10+ years, I have been fortunate enough to work with the great folks at Duvernay + Brooks maintaining and redesigning their website.  The goal for the website has always been to showcase their development projects and consulting services.

Duvernay + Brooks created beautifully written content for the project  and my job was to create an equally beautiful website.  Luckily, they provided photos and renderings of their real estate projects as well as professional photos of the D+B team.  The functional challenge of the website was to create a custom portfolio of their projects which could be filtered by project type, location and development phase.  Additionally, they wanted to be able to maintain this portfolio themselves.  Using WordPress, I created a custom form D+B staff could use to create a new portfolio item with details and photos that would then display in a custom view on the website.  With about 15 minutes of training, they were on their way to maintaining most  of the site themselves.
